I work out of town 8 months of the year and I've been to some great bike shops across the country. Horizon is easily in the top 2 of the best bike shops I've ever stepped foot in. (next to my local one in MI) extremely helpful and friendly, and always going a step above for the customer. Whether buying a new bike, repairing one, or just stopping by to shoot the bull, these guys are awesome! Highly recommend to everyone I'll ever meet and even my deceased Granny! (R.I.P Grandma L)
I purchased a new bike from Horizon for my son and I recently had my '97 Cannondale completely restored at this shop. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations by a mile! I then had Blake restore my '89 Cannondale, and again, the results blew me away! Horizon's selection and customer service beats anything available in Kansas City or anywhere else I've done business, hands-down.
