Great parts Dept and helpful staff that care
Horrible customer service, I walked in to buy some parts and the bigger guy was very disrespectful and rude to me. I'm so glad I didn't purchase my $30,000 camper from them.

Bill's Camper sales saved the last few days of our 4th of July vacation. My son was camping with us when he had to go home to Texas early ,so we packed up and moved to a different site to finish the last few days. in setting up our Coleman pop up camper, we found that our crank handle was missing. it had taken a ride to Texas with my son. So I Googled the closest Camper Place and found Bill's Camper Sales. I called and talked with a nice gentleman that was more than happy to help us. he said, "Come on in I'll match one up for you." In about 15 minutes we was there and before we could get out of our truck the Gentleman was right there with two handles and match one up. We went inside to pay and it was even cheaper than he quoted. We talked about buying a new camper with the lady there and even peaked at a nice one. They were friendly , fast, and helpful and reasonable. We'll be back.
