Very unprofessionally and rude employees, especially the ladies who work there. I stopped buying because of their rudeness.
I have shopped here for years, some of the same employees have been here for some time which is nice. I had moved, and been out of the area for a few years, when I returned they still remembered me. They are quick to look in back to see if they have more sizes in the jeans you are wanting. If they are out, they order the items for you which is nice. They have a rewards program, it’s disappointing because it takes forever to earn a reward. However, the rewards program isn’t the fault of the store. The shop is in nice order, no clutter or messed up piles. The dressing rooms are nice and they maintain them. I think this is one of the nicest American Eagle that I’ve been in.
Never knew there was such snobby people until walking in here.
