My experience at Cook Crossing was wonderful. Dr. Ostendorf took his time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable in the dentist chair. The office was very modern and clean. All of the staff that I talked with were very courteous and I was offered a bottle of water while I waited. I arrived a few minutes early and was called back right on time. I would definitely recommend Dr. O and staff!!
On day of appointment, told our regular dentist no longer works here. Also told that the work area is too small for a parent to go back with child, and that i can talk to the doctor after. Definitely the last time we will visit this location. We prefer a treatment area where the parents can sit and be a part of the visit, especially when the child is seeing a complete stranger. We also want to establish a relationship with a set dentist, rather than just whoever is on call.
Dr. Ostendorf and his staff are all extremely nice. The doctor took his time to really explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make me feel really comfortable with my visit.
I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism presented on my first visit to Cook Crossing Dental. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Ostendorf was clear and precise when explaining what treatment plan I needed to follow. A great overall experience. Considering that I do not normally like going to the dentist; I must admit I am looking forward to my next visit!
We adore Dr. O and his staff. They treat us with care EVERY time we visit, and we are very proud to have such an amazing dental team on our side. Dr. Ostendorf's group of professionals are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and service oriented, which is a MUST! We have referred many of our friends and family to his office and will continue to do so as they are EXCELLENT!!
