Excellent experience there today! First visit. The place was immaculate. Had a great children's waiting area. Sleek and modern. Loved that there were no magazines to transfer germs. Was in and out within the hour. Exit 50 off I-29 near the North Shoppes.
From the minute we walked in everyone was so kind. I brought my 3 year old to be seen. Everything was so clean, including the kids play area. The rooms were kid friendly with a TV and chalk board. Our nurse Angela was so great with my toddler, and Sandy the nurse practioner was exceptional! She made my toddler smile and laugh while being examined (which made life easier). My child was also able to pick a prize from the treasure chest once we were finished. You will not go wrong with Urgent Care Express, I highly recommend this place.
We have been here a couple of times. This is the only urgent care we will ever visit in St. Joseph. Clean, courteous and great play area with a TV to keep the little ones entertained.
Great staff! We were in and out with two sick kids, on winter vacation, in less than 40 min. Doctor was very thorough with her assessment, and we even left with our meds in-hand. Very impressed with this urgent care. I would definitely recommend this place.
