It was a horrible day for me at this store. Rings I had bought 4 months earlier and try to exchange for a band they would not even help me. I paid 300 dollars for these and I misplaced my receipt. I knew the date and time I bought them. I even showed the man my bank receipt that had their name and date when I bought them. He said he could not help me. All I wanted was to exchange them. He was downright rude. Be careful about doing business with these people. I am sorry I misplaced my receipt but when they make a sale they asked to see your license. So my name should have been in the computer.

Went in Saturday with pure gold in a vial... they refused it said they couldn't take it... who doesn't but pure gold... untouched never fired or made into anything??? Wow won't be using their services anymore
Don't bother taking gold there, they won't give you near the going market price. I found jewelry stores gave much better pricing.
