Went in to get an expensive gaming laptop. They were eager to help UNTIL we told them we were out of town. After that, it just went downhill. I had filled out the proper paperwork and provided references. They called 2 of the references then it appeared they just gave up. They claimed they called them all and no-one else answered . I had the references waiting by the phone for them to call. NO CALLS CAME THRU! They swore they called. I give them another reference to call since people are at work. They got irritated and seemed like we were inconveniencing them. The manager told us it would take 2 hours to process. We leave and come back in about 2 hours. Again, he was irritated to see us and rudely said, "I said it would take 2 or more hours to process." We told them it has been 2, he disagreed. At this point, we were tired of being treated like an inconvenience so we walked next door to rent a center and got a better laptop within 5 minutes. Do I recommend the St. Joe Aaron's location? NO!!!!!!!!
