She never answers the phone when we need a question answered. Her secretary does all the work. She's terrible at this job and can't believe she still has one. Her office cancelled our home owner's insurance because our bank was late with one payment. Weve been with State Farm for almost 20 years. She let her secretary take that call and never personally apologized. Please dont use her for insurance. Use someone in St Joseph who actually does her or his job.
