I normally don'tt post reviews but, most the time when I take this cab it workds out very well. But the last couple times have not been that pleasent. I recently was in one and the driver was supposed to get into the turning lane, but he forgot. He then drove towards it and left the car half way in an intersection. At times the disbatchers are really nice, but in some cases they are rude and try to rush you off the phone. I understand that the company is busy but that still doesn't excuse rudeness. Today I tried to cancel my cab. I was under the impression that the cab was cancelled but then I recieved a text message from the driver saying they were at my home. I then told them that I cancelled the cab and they were very rude. I normally have great experiences but recently it has not been as good. I am a loyal customer, but I believe that you need to talk to your staff about good customer service. Thanks!
Not very courteous. Most of the time they are on time. But lately it has started going down hill. Second weekend in a row now have been let down. Just today I waited for two hours and still didn't get to make it where I was going, the dispatch kept telling me I was next but she was lieing.
Fast, Reliable, and works with app. Beware of bad apple, that I recently rode with.
I have rode with all American cab for awhile now over 2 years. Their dispatch is very respectful and give accurate estimated wait times. Their cab driver in particular sean is a great down to earth guy that gets your day started off right and makes it on time.
Tim in Dispatch did an awesome job helping me in a complicated situation. He took his time and helped me research different options for walk in clinics around he area. He offered suggestions for closer destinations and cost savings. He provided me with great customer service. If I lived in that area and needed a taxi service, I would contact them again.
