Never in my life have had such a horrible experience. Charged us for all sorts of stuff and Didn't get any of it. My wife ordered a Coke slushy and instead of telling her the machine was down they just gave her a cherry one instead which are disgusting. Charged us for chicken nuggets we never received. The food was cold. I'm still pissed off. This is my first review ever if that tells you how inspired I was to get on here and leave one.
Food okay. Decor is creepy old and with no taste. Florescents flickering. Music perhaps created in hell. Burgerking should be ashamed. Don't go to this place.
The parking lot is so poorly lit it feels like you're going down a shady dark alley.
At the end of the drive thru there are potholes that you could lose a small Kia in.
The large BK sign was not on and it was night time, very dark parking lot, lighting was burned out around the eaves of the building, and trash blowing around the parking lot. I only got a burger at the drive through as the atmosphere did not warrant spending much money.
I stopped for a quick meal heading to my destination the day was already long and i drove all day i just wanted to eat and relax before i headed out again. The manager on duty was wandering around and kept heading outside to visit with his friends. The girl who took our order was also preoccupied and kept heading outside as well leaving the store pretty well unattended. We waited and waited for our food for what seemed like forever before we got it the it was cold and wrong. The radio was turned up as high as it could go and not suitable for family dining. When we finally got our meal the girl did apologise and told us the mix up was that everybody thought somebody else brought it out. Altho she tried to make a gesture by offering us a free desert she offered me cheese cake which i have enough of an alergy to it to kill me in seconds. She did not know this but she wasnt interested in offering anything else either.

Service was slow, food was wrong and being the only car in the drive thru they still had me pull to the end of the building and wait 10 minutes.
