Also the price was right. Owner or manager ( guy that took your money) was nice
We come down to St Joe to do shows and this is a clean, handy place to stay. Very friendly.

Very small sites but adequate. Good for overnighting.
This place is kinda small, but the power was good, full hookups, pull through, clean private bath, Internet that works pretty level.
