The units are okay, the front desk people are rarely around so plan to take a few days to meet with them. The units are only watched by camera's at the front entrance, no walls or gates keeping anyone out from the rear. There is a trail going from the apartments behind into the rear of the storage facility so anyone may have access without tripping the security at the front of the facility. The units were good for what I needed and the locks better than traditional locks. If you store a car or anything outside at this facility be prepared to have people come over from the apartments to mess with it. Otherwise, it did what I needed it to do and didn't have anything stolen. The three stars is because the front office help was always 'out' but seen up the street at the local stores or walking to Casey's. Yet when you called the phone and it transferred to their cell phone they said they were on the property when they were not.
Roof leaks and destroyed my brand new furniture!!!
