Terrible customer service!!! It's one of my local gun shops so I've gave them many chances but never changes. Today I went in 3 workers behind the counters only one other customer in the store not once did any of the 3 say hi or ask I they could help me. I was in there for 4-5 min looking at pistoles and they actually had a used one like I'm looking for and priced right but if they don't want to sell I'm not buying
This place has to have the worst customer service on the planet. Not only will they ignore you upon walking in, but two particular employees get defensive and hostile if you dare ask any questions about their guns. If you don't believe me, stop in sometime and see for yourself. To be fair, there are a couple employees here who understand salesmanship and customer service. The others though?--- it's monumentally bad! For some bizarre reason (insecurity?), one of the guys (you'll know who upon meeting him) goes out of his way to berate your intelligence. He'll literally talk you out of buying a gun. It's almost comical. I feel sorry for the few good employees who have to work with these pathetic clowns. Don't say I didn't warn you. Spend your money elsewhere. Oh and btw... this shady place was in trouble a few years ago for tax evasion. Look up the store's name in Google news. In the least, that should make you question their business integrity. Don't assume they're being honest about their pricing or where their guns came from.
I've never had a bad experience here. I often utilize the indoor range. Setup and pricing is similar to other indoor ranges in Kansas City
I don’t understand all the negative reviews about deans but I had a great experience yesterday. The gentlemen there answered all my questions and showed me various different firearms regardless if I was buying or not. I will definitely be going back by there anytime I make a trip back up from Mississippi. Thank you deans for the great service I will definitely be shopping with you again soon.
