Comfortable and cozy stay in this hidden gem near downtown. Friendly staff, good breakfast and great coffee. Owner was very informative on what to do around town. I recommend. We'll definetely come again.
My wife and I had our wedding and reception at this beautiful historic mansion. The owner has done an amazing job restoring this building to its proper beauty. After a wonderful evening, we woke to a delicious breakfast, would recommend staying here if traveling, or just need a night away.
I stayed at Whiskey Mansion with my sister and two cousins for a weekend get-together. Absolutely a beautiful house - loved that about it. But I think the person working was not the owner and didn't seem to really care if we were there or not. Not very welcoming. Disappointed in the breakfast because it was just a very sweet (too sweet) French toast in a dish kind of thing. We like a bed and breakfast for the "experience" (not just the beautiful setting) and we were all disappointed. I would absolutely recommend this home for a wonderful place to stay but would not recommend it if you want a warm and welcoming experience from the people running it.
Stayed two nights in this beautiful old Mansion and loved it. My husband and I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast and needed to be in the St Joe area for a couple of nights and found this one while looking for a motel and we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. The room and furnishings were so beautiful. Everything was very clean and neat. The owner showed us around and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast both mornings was very good and the young Lady that prepared and served it to us was great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
