Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at cold stone tonight. Was there 10 minutes before close, and the ladies working deliberately ignore me at the drive through window. Tried calling, but the number listed is disconnected. Driving by the front the ladies inside we’re laughing. Definitely will NEVER take my business to this unprofessional and immature establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. A disgrace to the cold stone franchise.
The place was not very clean & the staff did not have their hair pulled back. One gal had her hair in the ice cream while she was getting it out of the freezer
Expensive but the coffee ice cream is great.
Great ice cream. We have chosen this a stop on our way from Oklahoma to Saint Louis and it was great choice.
The ice cream is good. However, the ast. Joseph, MO store routinely closes before the posted closing time and the employees are usually rude.
