The Cupcakes are amazing and are HUGE!!
We were so excited to get a cupcake after our long drive home. We weren't excited to encounter a down right bitter woman, who is the owner. After asking for a knife to cut the dry as hell cupcakes, she responded with "you can cut it with a fork". I had to ask about a knife or something to accommodate because I was baffled by her response. She responded with "why would I need a knife", very rudely. I couldn't believe my ears. She was so annoyed that I asked that question and also annoyed that we were staying to eat our small, desert dry, overly sugared replica of what we thought would be a tasty cake
By far, one of the rudest people I've encountered in a long time. If I were a part of the small cakes corporate office, I would seriously think about offering classes on common human decency and customer service. Here's the story:
