Three years ago my wife totaled her Chevy Malibu and we went to Anderson ford where we purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox that had less than a 100,000. Miles witch we was able to have a engine for life warranty thank God because not even a week later they had it back in their shop to put a brand new engine in it at least that's what we were told then come to find out that the engine was rebuilt and now 12,000 miles later with still three years of payments left to go the car sits in fallscity Nebraska at the grocery store with a blown motor! Never missed and maintenance of anything and not only that but we always have had everything changed before it was time! So my wife just got off the phone with Anderson ford where we were just informed that they no longer have engine for life warranty and that there is nothing they will do but yet the motor is still under warranty and they did all the work to me they are 100 percent crooks and liars we work very hard for our money and no matter what our bills are always paid first and we have never missed a payment on either one of our vehicles and then people like this come along and say what they need to do you will buy from them ! Well I will tell everyone I know and everyone I don't know not to buy any vehicles from them and I know a lot of people in the surrounding areas! I have ran a construction company for over 25 years and my word is my bond and I tell it like it is and I never took advantage of anyone no matter what situation they were in its just not good business! Each time I walked into the Aderson Ford dealership in St. Joe it took more than 10 minutes for someone to help me out. The staff was helpful while I was in the process of purchasing my truck but now that I've got my truck you can tell they no longer car about my business. I've called in 3 with questions regarding my truck and I've yet to get to talk to anyone. Definitely frustrating
Took my 2016 focus in for a clutch replacement and was told it would be done by the time i had to go to work at 4pm and amazingly it was!!!!!!! Amazing customer service and even offered to deliver back to me to make surr i had it in time!!! Highly recomended!!!
We came to Anderson Ford because we were looking for a new vehicle. We were undecided about whether to buy a new Escape or a new Edge. Anderson Ford had a great selection of both. Ryan helped us by showing us both vehicles and letting us drive both. He was most helpful with information and all questions we had. He was thorough in showing us details for all the options on both vehicles. He gave us a good price and a good payment plan and we drove home with a nice, new, clean Ford Edge.
