Thanks Kia! Days after my 2010 Soul was totaled, I was in search of another Soul. This is my first experience buying a car by myself. These people are a complete joke! Our Daughter's 2012 Kia Sorento was in for a factory motor recall on 8/2/17, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL as to when the car was fixed, before we even could take possession or were notified that the car was done, it was stolen! Probably by one of the employees because they never took the keys in! SEEMS FISHY TO ME so BUYER BEWARE!!! The only person over there that seems to care about us and our situation is Ron the Service Manager! Bob the GM won't even say he's sorry that this happened, won't help us out with ANYTHING! We aren't asking for a brand new car or money (even though we have a DAMN strong case for suing them!) we just want them to make it right, but no we have to turn it in to our insurance, our daughter has no car and now OUR INSURANCE RATES WILL GO UP all because of these people! How is that right?!?? We are hard working people who now have to suffer because of GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!
Our sales man was Colby. he was one of the best i had experienced. My car blew a gasket so i needed a new one. I went to nearly every dealership in town and called some in other cities like Kansas city and Omaha. He was helpful and informative made sure we knew everything he could during the process. he was honest about information like pricing and vehicle experience. he even allowed my fiance to use the conference room to feed our 2 month old. helped us with a good deal and made sure we had the money for the sales tax on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new KIA or a used car they have on the lot
I never felt pressured or intimidated. Kia Colby and Matt Stevenson seemed ginuinly invested in making certain I was getting exactly what I wanted. 2 Paws up Soul lovers!
