After hitting deer and total car had to call tow service. Used Blue Night because good friends Kelly Faulkner-Guess used them in past. I did not know they are now affiliated with Chafen body Works on belt and Pickett. I ask for car to be towed to my property. I said on the spot I did not want to pay storage fees and wanted to get after market parts from car. Many new parts including tires and rims. Blue night said no problem. When we went to lot Roger Chafen did allow us to gather few personal belongings. Twice we were accosted by doberman dog. (Unsafe) then he said no to getting tires. Stating it was a liability issue. I said it's a lot not mechanic center as he stated. After conversations (3 way) with insurance adjuster (who thought he was horrible and ridiculous). We had to pay 250 and another 40 for a different towing service (because he didn't like me questioning his business practice) to get car out of this crooks hands. He was so outrageously rude Allstate apologized for his behavior. I'm leaving so much of the dialog out. But I was firm but a lady. I told Mr Chafen he should be ashamed of himself. He gave me a thumbs up. I guess that's how Roger Chafen does business with widows.
