Typical truck repair. Takes a few times to get it right
I brought them my F-750. They could not find the problem. I got a bill for $500 and paid it. In that bill they replaced a couple smaller inexpensive parts and charged me for them. 3 or 4 weeks later the 2nd mechanic/shop I went to found I had a bad battery and MHC had NEVER replaced the parts they charged me for in less than 2 hours! We went to the shop about 7 pm with a fuel leak. They were kind enough to work us in and fixed the leak! Another facility had tried to fix the leak but missed it. We are grateful for what the service manager and mechanic were able to do. They understood our problem, and were able to squeeze us in and did the work in very quick turn around! These folks maybe a little slow(find me a dealership that isn't though) but to there credit I found them to be very polite and accommodating and even fair in pricing. They answered my questions when I called and even called me a couple times to explain the delay. Bronson, both Jake's, Dexter and Joe where great guys that did there best to make sure I wad taken care of. My only complaint is they got grease all over my carpet around my gear shift and on my steering wheel, that should have been a priority and cleaned before I picked up my truck. If asked would I return the answer is yes but I would see that they cleaned up there mess before I left.
