I would recommend Midlands to anyone based on our experience. In our opinion honest and fair.
Mark went out of his way to get the work done quickly so that we could get on our way with a minimum of delay. We knew that the alternator needed to be replaced. Mark could have stopped there but he reverified what we 'thought' we needed, rechecked the battery (and recharged it as we had driven to his shop only on battery power but we did not tell him that), belts, tires, and fluids. Way more than we expected.
Fair and honest pricing from friendly staff. Great bunch of guys who work to get the job done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!
We were traveling home to FL when our alternator and battery went out. We managed to get to St. Joseph where we had hotel arrangements. We had just enough juice left to get us to the place where we got a replacement battery early the following morning. While that was being replaced we called a national chain and they could not fit us in at all (nor did they seem to want to). So, I did a quick search on Google and was impressed wth the initial reviews.
Piss poor job pretty much did the bare minimum to get paid
Did the job and then some.
The price was also fair and not a 'special' price for out of town travelers.
