Called and they got my raptor sd right in. Knew exactly the issue at hand. Put new blades I and sharpened my old ones and fixed My shoddy wiring for my lights. Mower mows better than it did when i bought it.
I had a warranty on my mower through Sears. Midwest central outdoor was the company I was to take my mower to to have it fixed. I dropped off my mower in May or June(2015). I drove there a month maybe two months later and it still wasn't fixed. I purchased another mower and decided to wait for them to call me when it was done since it's about an hour drive from my house to them. I never heard from them! I sent my son in early June the next year(2016) to pick up the mower. They had thrown it away! They said they fixed it on Sept. 8(the end of the mowing season), called me on Sept. 9,(to the wrong number)and when I never came and picked it up they threw it away! They admitted they only called me once to a previous phone number I had(in the four months they had it a lot happened, including a new phone plan), and never sent a letter. They didn't offer any reimbursement. They really didn't care. As a matter of fact the guy at Sears said they hang up on him when he tries to call them for other customers.
Great place to get your outdoor equipment and very knowledgeable about all the equipment they sell
On a happy note...Sears is going to reimburse me:)
One other odd thing...we took it in because the adjustment was broke, it wouldn't hold at the right elevation. They said the front axel was broke and a whole list of other things.
