I have now had a second service with Quick Lane, the purchase of tires. "This was the second service that I received at Anderson Ford's Quick Lane. I contacted the service desk with a quote from a tire company. Quick Lane matched their price and was able to add on a Road Hazard Warranty to what was quoted by the tire company even with a coupon from that tire company. Their service was great, trustworthy in that I received the services I was quoted and within the quoted price also. I love that a business calls me in advance about any issues and stays true to their word."
Came in for rear pads, which was quoted at $130. They took every wheel off and came up with a $500 bill for a bunch of extra things I didn't want. I told them I just want it put back together and said I'd pay an inspection fee and the employee I was talking to got really rude telling me if I want them to put it back together i better call a tow truck. Bull. I drove it here, I should be able to drive it back out. This is a company that will try to strong arm you into paying their bill. I recommend that the public stays away from here
I just left Quick Lane in St. Joseph. I went in because I haven't found a business yet for steady service on my vehicle. I think Quick Lane might be that business. I own a Dodge and needed my oil changed. I had a coupon from Quick Lane so I knew I was getting some savings straight out. While performing the checks on my vehicle my cabin filter and air filter were found to need changing. Since I had not had to change them since the purchase, I knew the workers were being on the square. I had those items replaced in addition to the Premium Oil change. When my vehicle was completed all the fluids were topped off and the vehicle was ready to drive away. Because they mechanics and Customer Service personnel thought I had to wait "too long" for the services to be completed, they were kind and adjusted the price. Since, they completed two extra duties while my vehicle was there, I thought they were timely for a "walk-in" business. Happy with their service.
Fast oil changes. Quality repairs at decent prices. All makes and models.
Wasn't overly pleased with service. Way too expensive in my opinion and waited over an hour.
The guys here are great! Every time I've been in they've gone above and beyond and always treated me with respect! Great team and good group!
