Hit and miss from what most of my friends have experienced. I personally had a great experience when they put a 8"stack on my truck. But I have been there with another friend when they were not truthful about all the options available for using diesel chips
Great service though there have been two times I have picked up my bus only to find requested work was not completed due to miscommunication from the office to the garage. One time the bill was over $400 more than quoted due to some work being done that was necessary but not discussed before it was done. That was a shock and upsetting but I paid because I knew it was legitimate.
Unfortunately I have to agree with other posts about hit and miss workmanship and transparency. I had good recommendations to go to this shop but overall not a place I will take my truck again, except to fix what they haven't fixed and for which I've paid for, wife says walk away and take your lumps, your results may differ. After almost a month at the shop to fix issues that were existing when I purchased the truck, the new exhaust doesn't pass inspection because they didn't install the back hanger, the fuel tank leaks after they installed a new fuel level transmitter and the tank shows 1/8 of a tank with ten gallons remaining. Nice folks just poor responsiveness and communication is lacking.
