Sitting here right now a simple rotate and balance. 1 1/2 later still waiting. The reason I have been sitting here watching the guys in the shop bs and talk for 10 -15 minutes between tires. I have ever worked in a shop myself work while you talk.
"Express" is a joke. I showed up an hour ahead of close two days in a row to get my snow tires mounted. Both days they turned me away because they were too busy. I make an appointment for as soon as they open, 7 a.m., first in line, tires ready to go, and I'm sitting here at 8 still waiting. It does not take this long for someone with a tire machine to mount and balance four tires onto a rim.
They were very nice and did not treat me differently for being a girl, which is rare to find. I was in and out in no time.
Worst ever!!! Ill be making my third trip back tomorrow, to see if they can refund my money for the tire they are too incompetent to patch!!! I have spent over 6 hrs in a 2 day period waiting for them to patch my tire... If the mechanics didnt weigh 300+ pounds... it might not take them 10 minutes just to get down on the floor, into position to remove a tire.. what a joke! Express my butt!
