They don't even deserve 1 star. I called 2 weeks in advance to get a Mother's Day fruit bouquet sent to my mom. It didn't arrive and I had to speak to customer service 2 different times confirming the phone number and address before finally calling them a third time to just cancel the order. NEVER AGAIN will I spend $100 with a company who won't even attempt to make it right by trying to deliver it for free or even a discount.
The only place I can find to leave a review for 1800flowers. I called the number (which BTW is out of India...poor English! Keep the jobs in America and stop trying to save a buck!) And placed an order for a bday gift basket to be delivered at a business. Nobody called to say that they wouldn't be delivered or gave me any kind of update at all.... Which completely made me look like I forgot all together. Thanks alot 1800flowers... Your outsourced company is worthless.
