I have been buying my wife flowers at Garden Gate for several years now. There is no other shop in town that has taken care of me like they have. I can call in every time knowing that what they deliver will exceed my expectations. You won't be disappointed!
The flowers were beautiful and they arrived on time for our wedding, but overall we were not quite satisfied with garden gate. The level of professionalism and organization was not what we expected. There was a cancelled appointment after we made a special trip for it, and some errors made with the flowers we wanted and where. Kelly was absolutely wonderful when she took our original order, making sure to cover everything. What may have thrown them for a loop was when we tweaked a couple things at a later date. Diedra was very upfront about cost when one of our chosen arrangements was very expensive. Overall Garden Gate did a great job, but we weren't really impressed with their communication.
Amazing arrangements, beautiful shop with tons to choose from. They have a new line of liquid hand soap that I'm obsessed with at a great price! Two floors of decor to choose from. Staff is so nice and know what they're doing. A touch of elegance for the city of St Joe that is otherwise known for the stock yards. In a residential neighborhood not far from the belt. Very charming, you must stop in I know they've been so nice to me.
