Did a good job, showed up same day, found issue and repaired it.
I called and left a message when he called back several hours later I informed him that another company in town had already been able to make an appointment and show up. He then said they must not be busy then and hung up on me.
WORST Customer service ever! refused to install dishwasher ... stated my job was too trivial ... had bigger jobs to deal with
ZERO STARS NOT ONE STAR! Bob Hudson and his day-labor crew (some were homeless) destroyed without measuring; attempt to leave old duct in place (when new was paid for); took window A/Cs without permission; took water-heater; used tape to secure, now duct coming apart when heated inside drywall; did NOT secure a city permit until was called on it; YELLS to intimidate; takes advantage of older people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
