Great customer service
Their used appliances are alot better then other used appliance stores in town. The older guy we talk to wax very knowledgeable. Although we didn't purchase from there, we would recommend them to someone who needs a used appliance because they are trustworthy and their machines aren't junk they dragged out of a barn and then put up for sale like some stores.
Good service and prices
I purchased a heating and cooling unit years ago from this store and picked it up and when I got it home and out of the packing found out it was the wrong unit, a much less expensive unit and when I tried to take it back the store flat refused to work with me and would not refund any of the difference sait it was "my fault" because I signed for it, I would never buy another item from these people - it was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They are very unprofessional and in my opinion dishonest.
