I have been to other gyms in the past and kept giving up until friends introduced me to B-Fit. This place is amazing. The coaches/trainers actually care and really know what they're doing. And every member there is really great at showing support for one another as well. The accountability is awesome too. People will actually call to check up on me if I miss more than a few days. I finally found a gym that I want to go to and work hard for.
We are from Boulder, CO and were visiting family in the St. Joe area. We dropped in on a class at B-Fit and had a great time. The facility is nice, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the other people in the class were great. Everyone had a positive attitude and was very encouraging. I loved how the gym is very family friendly.
Such a great community and a great place to workout. The coaches are awesome and work with everyone on their level. They push you to be better but never too far. A great place where you'll find a new home and friends.
Great workout this morning! The ladies in the group were super welcoming and Brad and staff worked with me at my level (beginner). Definitely going back at least two more times this week!!
I dropped in as a visitor this week and had a great time at B-Fit Crossfit. Brad, Spencer, and the members at B-Fit were very nice and the classes were a lot of fun. The facility is huge and the equipment is great. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
