Cant say with confidence i would refer amybody like i have at other gyms
The atmosphere is just so meh. "Judgement free unless your showin veins and making gains. If your water container is a gallon jug youll also be judged. Judgement free right? Wrong
I feel more judged here than any other gym ive ever been to. If your already fit go somewhere else. If your the type who curls in a squat rack this place is for you. cell service is sub par in the back half of the building. (Tmobile)
We go early in the morning and the crowd is small so you can easily use any equipment you want to at anytime. Also, the price is unbeatable compared to other gyms in the area.
I know its not a gym gym but the overall environment for someone who's fairly seasoned in a weight room, you will feel very out of place. Trying hard to not grunt, make too much noise moving weight.

It would be best if there is more free weights and have 24/7 hours. I like to workout on weekends especially at night, but I cant because by time i get out of class on Fridays it's closed
Typical PF facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. One good thing is that even during the busiest times, there is rarely a wait for tanning.
My wife and I have been going here regularly for a little over a year now and we love it. The workers are really nice and helpful. There's usually plenty of equipment (unless you go during a real peak time) and the others who work out here always seem pleasant and try to stay out of each other's way.
Weekend hours are garbage. Due to work im stuck here until feb. 1 employee was rude when internet was down (unbeknownst to me, no sign or staff in sight to notify) so the key beeper wasnt logging and nobody was staffed at front desk. when i came in i beeped my key myself and just started working out, later i was questioned like a criminal before an attempted belittlement from a staff member when she noticed she didnt personally "sign" me in on a piece of paper. Everybody other employee interaction has been smooth. Decent machines. Lack of barbell access is a deathblow to my workouts.
