I had an horrible experience with this company "LINCARE " HERE in St Joseph, mo, and the staff people. They never contact my primary Doctor and one they removed my CPAP machine without the authorization of my primary Doctor and the Medicare. They never call me and never send a letter by mail to informate about this situacion. The staff are no profeccionals, they lies and enjoy to see the people sufering wihout the equipment. I do not recomend this company at anybody. They are conected with Heartland Hospital and both companies are scammers. They have a rude person and they do not have a confidential and professional personal.
Very disappointed in this company, They were sent my dads prescription for a CPAP machine in September and called twice stating they were waiting for the Ins to ok the machine. We received a letter from ins stated it was oked and then never received a call from Lincare(St. Joseph). Here it is 9 months later and still no machine. Now they say the opened dad's file and no word from them. ridiculous!!!!!! very bad conducting health care business.
