Over the past few years I have had numerous procedures at this facility. My most recent was this week. I am writing because my experiences have been almost totally positive and favorable albeit not always perfect--after all, it is operated by human beings! I can compare it to my child's treatment at St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital and my own experiences locally, in metro Kansas City, at VA facilities plus extensive time at Mayo Clinic. While the personnel are often quite busy and focused they are professional, competent and courteous. The facilities are modern and have always been well maintained and clean. It is definitely an asset to St. Joseph and the surrounding area.

The most unprofessional, rude and Horrible Experience I have ever had I showed up for a colonoscopy at 8:30am after doing the prep before and the nurses ask me what Im on an antibiotic for I explain I have an infection they proced to tell me that they cant fo my procedure bc the have to sterilize the room after and equipment after they use it on me so id have to be seen last and I cant leave either and come back for the later appointment id have to wait there. So are you telling me you DONT STERILIZE YOUR EQUIPMENT after every single use in in between patients after u do scopes? Because you sure implied it. Will never be going back there again for any procedure at all NEVER!!!!!!
