These are some of the best people I have ever met. I could not/ would not buy flooring from another place. Honest, hard-working, and fair people work here. The owner (Steve) and sales manager (Josh) will always do what they can to please a customer but they are not push-overs! Dee, Trolena, Alec, Jared and others are also spectacular! Don't waste your time at Lowes or Menards - Go to Eckards for all of your flooring needs.
By far the best place around to purchase any flooring the staff are full of knowledge and have great design ideas!
At first the experience was good, but then went to order the flooring and it was no longer i stock, and the salesman was a prick.
