Went in to get a new washer today. They were pretty nice and didnt hover over me the whole time I was there. Bought the washer, they loaded it up for me and I was on my way. Quick and easy.
my washer broke down so i called matthew and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. he came out to my house and fixed the issue within an hour. it cost a couple bucks for a part, rather than a couple hundred bucks for a new washer! thanks matthew!
