Moved in from another city and requested that everything be transferred over and 4 months later I found out I was still paying renters insurance in the other city. I was told insurance was higher rate here for certain reasons but wasn't told my 2003 Altima was the same premium as my 2012 Toyota 4 Runner. Horrible service I would not recommend this agent to anyone in the future.
