Complete mismanagement by this insurance provider. I won't recommend anyone to get insured from them. I faced lots of troubles from them in terms of transaction to making and maintaining a policy. They kept someone's else name on my policy and that guy had an accident and all points were placed on my records with no reason. I came to know about all this when I changed my insurance and other provider told me a complete report how they played with my insurance.

My experience was I've experienced the fire I've experienced miss ball continuously charging my bank account for the property that they deemed a total loss even though they have not paid me or helps assist need replacing any of my property for myself and my children including my disabled son they ensure properties in the ghetto but when a total loss occurs they refused to pay for it and treat you like you were a caged animal. Also taking you through a long on standing change instead of assisting you the customer.
