First off, the place was so full of cracks and holes and had such bad doors and windows that it was incredibly drafty and bugs were constantly getting in. There were fleas, cockroaches, and plenty of spiders, and the monthly spraying that they did was so useless and ineffective that I had to buy supplies and do it myself. They would literally be in and out in less than 30 seconds, and they would often leave the door unlocked when they left. We would be gone at work during the day, they would let themselves in to spray, and we would literally come back to find that the door was left unlocked all day!!

And finally, to put a cherry on top of the terrible experience I had living at this property, the management company went above and beyond to make my life worse even after I moved out. They are now saying that we didn't pay them rent and owe them close to $1000, even after we provided them with documentation for everything. So now I have a false collection on my credit report because these idiots can't keep track of their records.
The staff is very friendly. They ard willing to do what they can to help you.
In addition to that, the furnace was obviously broken and even after multiple complaints they didn't even try to fix it. In the winter the apartment wouldn't heat above 50 degrees, and they didn't care or think that was a problem! Our electric bill for that much heat was $350 a month! Three hundred and fifty a month, just to be slightly comfortable. Completely ridiculous. I don't know how the management company can rent their properties when they are in such bad condition, it should be a crime.
If you read this and still decide to rent a property owned or managed by this company, good luck. They don't care about anything but your money, and they are by far the worst landlords that I have ever dealt with.
Along with the absolutely terrible apartments, the laundry room was a complete joke. For nearly a year, the lights in the room were burnt out and one of the dryers was broken and didn't even heat up at all. But you betcha these guys didn't bother to do anything about it or even bother to put a notice that it was out of order. So if you didn't know any better you'd be out a few bucks and still have wet laundry (with an added funky smell). Overall, there was not a single redeeming thing about living at that apartment, and I could easily write a book about how bad it was.
Avoid the company that manages this property at all costs. I rented from them for a year and it was an apartment horror story.
