Laundry room does not have enough washers

My AC has been broke for a few days now, so I called yesterday because I couldn't take it anymore. One mechanic came over and said I would have to call back tomorrow, because he didn't know how to fix it. So I called again and the lady told me that the mechanic would come between 8am and 9am the next day. Yeah they never showed up. I have called multiple times this morning, which is confusing because there are 2 different numbers. The number I had been calling they were polite and stuck with me, but when I called the main office here at the apartments the lady, Pam, said that they do not do scheduled appointments and that he will show up when he shows up... so.... and that was it. No bye, no sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing!
This place is super ghetto so ups fed ex etc drop off packages in office. Nice they won't get stolen but is a hassle going to the office all of the time.
At all hours of the day you can hear blairing music even if the apartment is nowhere near yours. Cars also like to pull up with their music blasting so have fun waking up at 3am.
When we signed our lease we were told the unit was pest free (red flag that I didn't realize) seriously roaches everywhere not like 1 or 2. Pest control has been to my unit several times and the roaches are still here. I have made friends with several neighbors (not in same building block) and they also have roaches. So don't think you'll get lucky not having a roach infested apartment. I also know a couple of apartments that had bed bugs. (I keep uploading pictures of roaches I've killed, but they are getting taken down) also they replied to this review saying pest control comes twice a week?! Lol they come once every 2 weeks. They have been coming once every 2 weeks for months now and still no change!
I guess 14 other units went out, but I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I have twin toddlers. I have things hat need to be done around the house that I can't do because it's 80 plus degrees in here.
Pool is closed more than it is opened. (Its been closed for weeks now. New picture of pool. (Taken in summer) If you guys kept up on it, it wouldn't look like a swamp lol) and no the pool was green in the summer as well, stop lying.
They suck at fixing things and try to get out of fixing things. My a.c. still barely works. To them it's working because it's blowing lol. My electric bill has been about $280 because the a.c. runs 24/7 and its nowhere near the desired temp.
People like to bring their dogs to the laundry room (weird I know)
Roaches
O and there's a surplus of dog poop lying around
Plus when I moved here everything was broke, the shower knob, the door knob, and neighbors are rude. Just try to find somewhere else to live, you will regret moving here.
The apartment are great, the location is great. Many kids play on the ground. I love my neighbor. By the way, the office lady Pam looks like a movie star. She is wonderful!
This place was lucky to get one star from me. They put in work orders rather than fixing the problem, even if it's a fire hazzard. The city should bulldoze the whole place and start over.
If you love roach infested apartments this is the place for you!
They try to scam you out of your money every. Chance. They. Get. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!
