Additionally, the second floor hallway always smelled of urine and is a sad condition for people to live in.
My grandfather lived here and after passing away his apartment was vandalized. His wedding band and car keys were removed from the apartment. There was no sign of forced entry so we believe it was staff. The staff did not do an adequate job following up with our family. After disputing their belief that we owed two additional days rent, the manager hung up the phone and proceeded to process a charge.
To be fair, they let me stay in a guest suite for after my grandfather passed at no charge.
