If I could have had no Stars I would have posted as such. I went to Creviston to have a Battery replaced in My Brand New $700.00 Swiss Army Watch. I took other watches in My collection there before so I didn't think I had anything to worry about, Boy was I wrong! The Elderly Lady took My Watch to the back area as I waited for what seemed to be 15 mins or more, She finally came out with the watch in its box and stated She couldn't figure how the back came off. Surprised that She couldn't figure it out, I opened the Box and removed the watch to look at the back plate only to find She had taken a chuck out of the side by prying against the case with some kind of tool. I looked at the watch then back at Her and asked "What Happened?" She looked at Me as if She had no idea what I was talking about and said nothing! Just stood there with this strange look on Her face, No Apologies, No Sorry, NOTHING! Needless to say a Brand New $700.00 Designer Watch was worthless. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Crevistons for any reason. You would think People who have been in Business this long would have taken responsibility for the damage but that wasn't going to happen since She deliberately tried to hide the damage to begin with. Dishonesty never pays!
Very friendly service and am excellent selection of beautiful jewelery! I've received several pieces from Crevistons and if i need anything resized it's done in just a couple days. Wonderful store for all of your jewelry needs!
