I just got off the phone with Ashley at DF. I am planning on moving to the area and wanted to talk about possibly leasing something in the short term. She was terse, she talked very fast, and did not appear interested in discussing what we were looking for-quickly referred me to the website. Did not appear interested in welcoming us to the community or helping us find the right house for us, Made no effort to make a positive impression on a new client. We will look elsewhere. If this is how a new potential client is treated-I hate to think how they treat their regular tenets.

Contacted Donna Farrow from out of town about renting a house. When I was told that they didn't have any for the description I was looking for I asked them if they could give me a name of other rental property management companies so that I could contact them for help. Ashley was very rude and said we can't help you with this because it's a conflict of interest. I told her you didn't have any rental property that matched my criteria and I just needed some help because I live out of town. She was very rude when all I wanted was a little help finding a house for my son who will be attending Missouri Western University. Whatever happened to customer service and being friendly to someone who is not familiar with St Joseph or the community.
