Fast un/loading. Small yard but with enough space to maneuver. I would have given this place 5 star if it weren't for the trailer drop location being so short of a distance to maneuver a tractor trailer to drop the trailer. I had to drive out to find a turn around to head back and drop my trailer. This place is well hidden from traffic view.
