You get what you pay for.
Everyone was very nice here but the pedicure I recieved was seriously sub-par. Student said she was graduating the program soon, but seemed completely unqualified. No nail shaping at all, file barely used, old polish not fully removed, no attention whatsoever to cuticles, polish dabbed on (no smooth strokes) leaving an uneven look, polish left on skin. Did not fully remove products used (I don't mean a bit of lotion, I mean globs of "masque" left between toes).
For the love of god dont get hair colored there, a chick named whisper burned my hair off with bleach, my beautiful mane is all gone my hair is so uneven and the color is nowhere close to what she said she would even attempt to achieve!!! Then a girl walked over and said pretty is that how u wanted it but very condescending manner fml i called off work today and stayed home because im so embarrassed
Most importantly: no sterilization equipment in sight. Nail file used was absolutely not sterilized.
I have had my hair cut here for years and I have only ever had 1 bad visit. The girl gave me the right cut but made it way too short. Every other visit has been great! The instructor is available to both the client and students.
Stay home and paint your own nails, or spend ten more bucks to have a pedicure done elsewhere.
Absolutely love the staff and love my hair. Went in for a perm and my 5 month old son was unexpectedly dropped off and the staff helped me with him so much. I love love love my hair. If you go here ask for Freedom, she gives amazing service!
