They are liers they will put on your form for tour items to held for pick up when you schedule delivery and paid for it..I will not deal with this ups anymore they hate doing their jobs
very stange hours 8 am to 11:30am and 4:30 pm to 8pm...mon- friday...other than that..get there early as people are lining up at 4:30...and the inside is very tiny

My mother's package managed to get lost. She was expecting some pain killers from Leavenworth due to a bad hip/knees/back. The driver managed to 'lose' said package and they're not doing a THING to find it other than telling her that there's an open investigation on it. Normally we don't have these types of issues with them, but still doesn't make me impressed. We've been waiting since Friday for these. They hadn't found them all day yesterday, or today. My mother is in TEARS. It makes their delivery driver look like a thief. Because how does he/she manage to lose a decent sized package?
