Have been a customer since 1993. . . .ends today. Non-stop problems ever since bought out be WM. Unreliable service and rude supervisors. Just got off the phone with a supervisor that informed me my complaints of poor service and poor customer service " were my opinion". Old Deffenbaugh had their issues, but would take care of their problems. Now, the "new system takes more time". Trash might get picked up every other week, or 3rd week. I spoke with a customer service agent a couple of months ago. She had been with the company for many years. She was very nice and apologetic for the problems. Ever since the transition, she's dealing with more and more complaints, and more and more people dropping service. It is so bad she had decided to find another job.

Hardly ever picked up the trash. Got Porter to pick it up and these fine people billed me for 2 more months because I didn't notify them to terminate they're crap service. So once again I paid for something I didn't get.
Always having to call in to get my trash picked up at my business!!! Their automated system says it's been picked up but nothing!!!
They unfortunately have not done one thing correctly since I started up service with them. Ive had to call them basically every week to find out when they are going to decide to pick up my trash. I'm going on 3 weeks and still have green waste sitting in my front yard. Ive literally called them roughly 10 times and sent about 5 emails all within the last 1.5 months that I've had service with them for various issues.
Twice as expensive as local companies and tricky in their wording when it comes to prices. Go local. Help our businesses in St. Joe thrive. Get rid of the greedy monopolies who only care about the almighty dollar.
