Very helpful and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need
They did not help me with a cup on that I received on my email. Very fustrating. And only 1 groomer for pets and could not schedule a wash no groom (fast cash hardly no work) for over a week....
Service was ok but product quality is very poor. Last March (9 months ago) I purchased a large dog crate, one side of the door latch broke in six months and the other side just broke. I did not buy a cheap brand but it lasted only 9 months. Also, I purchased a Pet Safe electronic fence and it NEVER worked. I spent around $400 in the store that day and the products were worthless. I won't make that mistake again.
The sales rep was not very helpful. The fish tanks had dead fish in them, and they where not taken care of them.
Found everything I was looking in no time and employees were very helpful. Excellent service all around.
