The people there really love dogs and they fed our poch 4 or 6 treats and they are real friendly.
They saved my cat, by offering personal experience and various suggestive options, while my vet just put $260 in his pocket and an uncured feline.

I had a terrible experience at the St.Joseph store today. I bought $100 worth of cat food and then used my $40 off $100 store coupon and a few bogo manufacturer coupons. I noticed she wasn't entering the original bag price of $10.99 but putting in the price after my $40 coupon instead. So I ppinter it out and she called for her manager. The manager (in front of a line of customers) told me I was trying to commit fraud and that the lower price was all I was actually paying for the bag so that is all they would take off. I tried to explain that if she did that she would basically be voiding my $40 off coupon. She got even more rude with me so I left and called corporate. They were very nice and helpful. I simply asked them how it would work if I combined the two and they explained it exactly the way I was trying to explain it to the staff. They said they would email the store to make sure they were following procedure and sent me a gift card for the inconvenience. They also sent me a copy of the coupon policy so I could take it with me to show them if this happened again. Terrible when a store manager can't do basic math.
It's a nice store, but it's very out of the way, and the parkiing lot is ill-maintained. The staff is friendly, but it's honestly easier to buy online, or shop at more convenient stores.
