Very sketchy people. I put a deposit down on a car, Anson said he'd hold it for me until a lender situation was figured out. Calls me a week later telling me I need to "learn to crawl before I walk" and tries to get me to buy a different car. When they didn't call me back when they said they would, I called three times. The third time they said they had already sold the car, but still took my deposit on it. Only went here because I heard good things from trusted friends and it was a regretful decision. Would not recommend giving these people your money. Very unprofessional to put personal information about credit online, when I'm being honest about the situation. You still took my check without returning it to me, and acted unprofessional throughout the whole process. Went to Anderson Ford and everything has been taken care of within days, not weeks, and no sketchy business going on there. Very happy to have given them my business instead

Anson at Couch Motors was amazing. He did everything he could to make sure that we got in a car that was safe and reliable and met our needs.
