I suggest you do not come here for Class A Motor coach repairs. I was told it would take 1 no more than 2 hours for toilet and heater blower repairs. I thought it might take 3 maybe 4 hours. Job was tougher than originally estimated. They charged $110/hour but had no system to track hours. Worker skill set is not consistent with charging $110/hour. Charged 7 hours, part of issue was worker breaking a part, so a new one was ordered and installed the next day. Work was satisfactory. Told owner I was not happy with the fee, he just walked away ignoring me. Resolved the next day but they nor I was happy about it.
We are in the market for a travel trailer. Merv was very helpful and found exactly what we need. The company has been in business for about 20 years. The parts and service department is good as well

Their service department is excellent. We didn't buy are RV at Kleins but they helped us quickly when our air conditioning broke in our rv and it was 100 degrees. I plan on getting our next rv from them. They are super nice and will go the extra mile to help.
